These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by ATC24 Controllers, a fiscally sponsored organization by The Hack Foundation. By accessing any part of the atc24controllers.com domain or its subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Eligibility

 

You must:  

- Be at least 13 years old  

- Have a valid Discord account (required to access our communications server)  

- Have either a Roblox or VATSIM account depending on your training path  

 

2. Services Provided

 

ATC24 Controllers provides the following services:  

- Authentication via Discord, VATSIM, Microsoft Entra Verified ID, and Auth0  

- A portal for tracking hours, activity logs, and training data  

- Theory exam access and progress tracking  

- Fast track submissions for users who already hold VATSIM ratings  

- Voice and messaging support through Discord, Chatwoot, SMS, and WhatsApp  

- Internal communication via hosted PBX systems  

- Donation processing via Givebutter and the Hack Club platform (managed by The Hack Foundation as our fiscal sponsor)

 

3. User Conduct

 

You agree not to:  

- Use any part of our platform to harass, abuse, or harm others  

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any service or data  

- Misrepresent your identity or qualifications  

- Violate applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations  

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these rules.

 

4. Data and Privacy

 

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which describes how your data is collected, used, and stored. We only collect information necessary to deliver, secure, and improve our services. If you make a donation, limited personal data (e.g., name, email, donation amount) may be shared with us by Givebutter or The Hack Foundation (Hack Club) and is used solely for donor communication and reporting. We do not process or store payment information.

 

5. Messaging Terms (SMS & WhatsApp)

 

By contacting ATC24 Controllers via SMS at +1 (866) 924-1083 or +44 7893 952159, or via WhatsApp Business, you agree to receive support-related messages in response to your inquiry.  

- Communication is handled through a secure, self-hosted Chatwoot instance.  

- Messages are stored only for the duration of your support case and deleted upon resolution.  

- We do not send unsolicited marketing messages.  

- You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" via SMS or requesting cessation on WhatsApp. 

 

6. Disclaimers

 

- Our services are offered "as is" without warranty of any kind.  

- We are not affiliated with or endorsed by VATSIM, Discord, Roblox, or any other third-party service.

 

7. Changes to These Terms

 

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
